A Merger With Translit.
Welcome to the new and improved Instant Translation Blog. It’s been a while since we added content to this space. In that time we have decided to revamp and update our blog. You can now expect interesting and useful articles every week. We have news about a merger with a new company.
The first thing our team wanted to do in this post is to update you on some of the recent news from Instant Translation. The first piece of news is that we have recently merged with TRANSLIT. We are delighted with this development. This will allow us to provide better services for our Dublin based customers with greater efficiency. This is a new chapter for Instant Translation. Our goal has always been to provide a great experience for our customers. This merger will allow us to implement new services while still maintaining a high standard.
The previous owner Tatiana had this to say: “I’d like to notify you (as my previous client) that I have passed the ownership of Instant Translation to Alex and Tatsiana from TRANSLIT who took over my business. I know them very well and can assure that you are in good hands. They will take care of all your translation and interpreting requirements.”

Services
This merger will also allow us to offer new services to our customers. TRANSLIT specialises in the localisation of websites, apps and software. Translating your platforms is a great way to reach new target markets. Another service that we now provide thanks to TRANSIT is Voiceover and Subtitling. We will provide you with a narrator who is fluent in the chosen language. We will provide you with the necessary equipment as well. Our company can also provide subtitles in or to the target language. If you want to find out what else TRANSLIT can do for you, you can check out their website.
This is the first ever acquisition of a language service provider in Ireland’s history. Alex, the founder of TRANSLIT, had been working for 6 years as a freelance translator and localisation engineer before founding the company. So, he has a great insight into the inner workings of the language industry.
“I am really happy about the acquisition of Instant Translation. This will allow us to serve our Dublin-based customers with greater efficiency. It also allows us to expand the business further from our new office at Dun Laoghaire. Even though we have acquired the business, we do not have immediate plans to re-brand. We respect the progress they have made before the merger. We will work together to maintain our pristine standard of translations, interpretations, and localisations.
This isn’t the only news in the translation world in Ireland. DCU Language Service in Dublin has announced that they are ceasing their interpreting services.
TRANSLIT provide certified translations for both private customers and businesses. They will use this opportunity to take on new interpreting business by utilising its new Dun Laoghaire office. It also welcomes former clients of DCU Language Services to contact the offices for quotations.
